Currently under construction, Pitkin Avenue Residence is a 39-unit affordable housing development in East New York, with 22 supportive studios for individuals with lived experience of homelessness. Scheduled for completion in September 2026, it will feature on-site services, a rooftop garden with solar canopy, and nearby access to health care. The project is financed through HCR 9% tax credits, HCR SHOP, HHAP, and HCR AANYC and HUD CoC.
