Hull Street, completed in 2021 by Housing Works, is a congregate supportive housing development for single adults featuring 28 furnished studio apartments and shared amenities like a community room, backyard, and laundry. It is Housing Works’ most recent ground-up residential project, funded by HHAP, HCR, HUD CoC, and The Robin Hood Foundation.
