Developed in partnership with Hudson Inc., The Lirio will offer 112 permanently affordable homes in Hell’s Kitchen, including 67 units for individuals with lived experience of homelessness—59 of which are supportive—and 44 for families. Designed to meet Passive House standards, the building will also feature 30,000 sq ft of MTA office space and 9,000 sq ft of retail. Capital financing was provided by HPD 9% tax credits and HPD SHLP.
