East New York Community Healthcare Center, developed by Housing Works in 1998, offers congregate supportive housing for adults with lived experience of homelessness in 32 furnished studio apartments, with rooftop solar panels and an on-site health clinic. Residents have access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and outpatient substance use treatment through OASAS. The building has undergone several renovations, including converting the cellar into clinic space and installing solar panels in 2019.
