Cylar House, built in 1997 and named after Housing Works Co-founder Keith D. Cylar, is the organization’s first ground-up capital project, offering 36 furnished studio apartments and communal spaces for adults with lived experience of homelessness. Residents have access to on-site health services including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and psychosocial support through Adult Day Health Care. The building has undergone several renovations, most recently a full refresh of its common and office areas in 2025.
