Renovated in 2008, StandUp Harlem is a congregate supportive housing development by Housing Works, offering ten studio apartments for single adults and four family units across two brownstones. Residents benefit from a shared backyard, free on-site laundry, and supportive services. The project was funded through HRA, HHAP, and philanthropic partners.
