Supportive housing placements vary by program and funder requirements, with the majority coming through referrals from government agencies. All Affordable housing placements at properties managed by Housing Works are made exclusively through NYC Housing Connect. All applications for affordable units must go through NYC Housing Connect; Housing Works does not accept applications for Affordable units by mail, email, or in person.
